Returns | Exchanges | Refunds 

 

 

  • Most clothing and accessories can be returned for a refund or exchange within 10-day days of being delivered to you.
  • All item(s) being returned/exchanged must meet the
    following conditions or they may be subject to denial -
  • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer
  • Items must not have excessive wrinkling
  • Items must not be covered in animal/human hair or lint
  • Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.
  • Items with markings or other stains (such as
    deodorant) will not be accepted.    We cannot accept returns (including issuing refunds) or exchanges on any socks or other undergarment pieces due to hygiene reasons.If your product(s) arrived with tags, they must be attached and in their original packaging. If your return is denied, we will notify you via email and your returned items) will be sent back to you. If you are returning your entire order or your order is 'Returning to Sender' and receive a refund, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

**If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, you didn't receive it, or have other questions regarding your order please contact our
Support Team within 10 days of purchasing or delivery.

 

 

In the rare occurrence of receiving a defective or wrong product , just reach out to the customer support within 15 days @ angelsneverdie999@gmail.com and we will exchange the item for you right away.

 

HOW FAST IS SHIPPING ?

Our shipping is very fast, all orders are shipped with 1-5 business day shipping ! Most orders arrive in less than a week from date of purchase but please allow 1-6 business days for your order to be processed before being shipped out. Once your order is shipped out you will receive an email with the tracking number. 

WASH GUIDE

All items can be washed in cold water and dried on low heat , wash all items inside out and if you are worried about your item shrinking please only wash the item in the washer and then hang dry it to avoid shrinkage from a dryer. To maintain the best quality of your item would be to have the item professionally dry cleaned.
